On Sunday, September 13, I had the honour of serving as uke while Leif Sensei, Dōjōchō of Hiryū Dōjō, instructed Travis Sensei, Dōjōchō from Australia, in his training towards yondan.
It was a valuable and inspiring training session, and I am grateful for the opportunity to take part.
